Concerns having the ability for providing Community Corrections Center services for male and female Federal offenders. Operational hotels/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of inmate days for the base period are 15,330, 7,665 inmate days for each of the three one-year option years respectively.
