For the purpose of this contract, counseling will be provided by Psychiatrists, PhD Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Registered Nurses, or other Counselors, individually or in concert, to ameliorate social, psychological, or behavorial impairment which interferes with individual relationships, or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life. Readjustment counseling to include individual, group, and family counseling and career counseling, job and career counseling, (other than job training, skills development, and placement services), and substance abuse counseling.
