Types of activities include convening meetings of the Board and its committees; convening meetings of panels of experts, conferences, seminars, symposia, or workshops; facilitating the acquisition of expert advice and securing commissioned papers; prepare print and electronic reports and conference proceedings; And providing other administrative services. The period of performance will be twelve months, with four option periods of twelve months each. RFP ED99R0005 will be issued on or about January 15, 1999. It is anticipated that the closing date for receipt of proposals will be on or about February 15, 1999.
