The contract is for removing existing CMU veneer, built-up roofs, windows, doors and install new brick veneer, standing seam roof, windows and doors for Dormitories 212, 213, and 217. The period of performance is 240 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
