commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in
the notice. A written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is
a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FA749. This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-08. The standard
industrial classification code is 3613 and the size standard is 750
employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide
a Electrical switchboard (SWBD) to control two 450 volt, 1800 RPM,
four pole 99 KW, 125.OKVA 3 PHASE, 12 WIRE Series WYE hook up, 60 HZ
generator, SWBD construction, equipment, submittal plans and testing
shall be as IAW 160 DWG WLIC-6101-3 REV-2, IEEE STD 45 1998 &46 CFR
(CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS) . DWG 160 WLIC-6101-3 REV-2 shows the
minimum required equipment to be installed in SWBD along with
requirements of IEEE STD 45 1998. The as built one line, elec schematic
and point-point DWGS shall be auto cad. REV14 shall be submitted IAW
the requirements of 46 CFR. SWBD shall be shipped split upper and lower
section. SWBD delivery date of March 14, 1999. Maximum physical
3-demensions of 36 inches wide, 26 inches deep, 80 inches high. All
drawings shall be submitted to MLC LANT (VR-2) EMCM ISAAC DAVIS prior
to constructing SWBD for approval. Contractor shall use DWG. 160 WLIC
6202-1 and 160 WLIC 6101-3 REV 2 as a guide for one line DWG.
Submittal. Specifications to be provided on request. The government
will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the
responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most
advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The
following FAR Clauses will apply to this solicitation: 52.219-6 Notice
of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are due on January 07, 1999,
