This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract for one (1) line items as follows. LINE 0001 Cellular phone services for 21 existing government-owned cellular phones. Services are to include: roaming charges, long distance, call forwarding, call waiting, 3-way calling, detailed billing, first incoming minute free, caller id, no-answer transfer, conference calling, 30-second billing feature, peak and off-peak airtime charges, and monthly access fee (if applicable). Period of Performance: 1 January 1999 through 30 September 1999.
