Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This requirement is being issued as a Request For Quotation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is a sole Source procurement. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price, FOB Origin for 12 each, Load Moment Indicator (ONLY) -- for Truck Mounted Cranes. The only approved Part Number is HD-006-A-2-2, manufactured by Hydro Electronic Devices Corp. Inspection and Acceptance will be accomplished at Destination with delivery requirement AS-SOON-AS-POSSIBLE, incremental delivery is acceptable. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses are being implemented in this requirement. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies except paragraph(s): Ignore (a), (d), (h), and all of (i).
