Naval Surface Warfare Center-Cardrock Division, Philadelphia, PA., intends to acquire on a sole source basis seventeen (17) Flexible (T5)Temperature Thermocouple Assemblies from Hunter Associates. (P/N HA918-031). The harness assembly includes six (6) K-type Chromel/Alumel thermocouples fixed around the harness diameter. A K-type electrical connector conforming to Mil-C-5015 has a two pin arrangement and a mating electrical connector with a two socket pin arrangement provided on the straight lead end of the harness. The Flexible (T5) Temperature Thermocouple Harness Assembly will provide a convenient method to connect to the Solar Saturn MCM gas turbine engine (Models T-1000S-28AA anf T-1302S-28AA) which are located aboard the MCM-1 Ship Class. The Assembly is specifically designed for functioning with the Solar gas turbine engine.
