Support will include technical assistance for the proprietary Solaris operating system, along with error corrections, patches and patch clusters. The contract term will be for one intitial year with three one year options. All responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to Sun Microsystems, Inc. and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Interested parties shall submit pricing information and technical capabilities within fifteen days of publication of this notice in the CBD.
