It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain services to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary for repairs and alterations to various facilities by means of an Indefinate Quantity Type Contract at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Newport RI, with a Guaranteed Minimum of $30,000 for each year. The procurement will be issued Unrestricted. There will be a base period and two one year option periods. The SIC Code is 1542 and the business size standard is $17.0 million. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued unrestricetd and is subject to FAR 52.219-23-Notice of Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvanatged Business Concerns (OCT 1998).
