an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type
Contract with five consecutive ordering periods applicable to the CH-47
Helicopter. The minimum quantity is 22 each and the maximum quantity is
270 each. F. O. B. Destination with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX.
Firms that recognize and can produce the required item(s) described
above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer,
then they may be permitted to become an approved source once they have
met source approval requirements, which will permit their
participation in the current or future solicitations. This part is
acquired from the manufacturing sources specified on a source control
or selected item drawing. The approved sources are Boeing Defense &
Space Group, Engineered Fabrics Corporation, and American Fuel Cell and
Coated Fabrics Co. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which
will be considered. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will
be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. See Numbered Note(s):
