The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, located at St. Inigoes, Maryland proposes to solicit for the production of (4) Deployable Print Production Center 3-Ton Environmental Control Unit/20KW Engine Generator Equipped Trailers (Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3715). This acquisition is for a commercial item and will be processed in accordance with the procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as described in FAR Part 12. This requirement shall be set aside 100% for small businesses. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The anticipated award date is Feb. 9, 1999. The Request for Proposal (RFP) (anticipated to be released on or before Jan 6, 1999), amendments, questions, and answers will be published via the internet in Microsoft Word 97 format and will reside on the NAVAIR Home Page for downloading, located on the World Wide Web (WWW).
