This project is a fixed price contract for the design and construction of a Cross Dock and Bulk Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) expansion to the Processing & Distribution Center, 250 E. The completion date for the entire project shall be within 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Processing and Distribution Center, Flint, Michigan, is a 24 hour operation and all project work must be coordinated so as to provide minimal impact to P & D Center operations in accordance with conceptual plans and specifications. Technical Qualifications and Management Plan Evaluation is based on a 100-point total (Experience -- 40, Management Plan -- 30, Financial Capability -- 15, and Organization -- 15).
