The United States Army Europe (USAREUR) intends to issue a solicitation for a single contractor to provide a full range of official and leisure travel services to all USAREUR personnel. The Government will furnish facilities at designated locations in Germany, Belgium, Italy and The Netherlands. For sites without staffed travel offices, including locations where USAREUR personnel are deployed, the contractor shall provide the full range of travel services through alternate methods, for example the Internet. The Government estimates releasing the solicitation on January 14 with proposals due on March 1. When issued, the solicitation will be posted to the USAREUR Travel Services Procurement web site at http://138.50.199.160/travel/. This web site will be the primary means of disseminating procurement documents and information. Hardcopies of these documents will not be available.
