materials, equipment, transportation (and plant transportation) and
supervision required to fabricate and install the Oldfield Point Range
Structures, Chesapeake Bay, MD. Work shall include, but not be limited
to, surveys monopile foundation fabrication and installation, steel
superstructure fabrication and installation, fabrication and
installation of fiberglass equipment shelters, steel ladders and safety
cages, fiberglass and steel grating, and a fiberglass optics rack for
the day and night optics and solar panels, installation of optics and
power distribution systems for the structure. Demolition and removal of
the existing Oldfield Point Front Range structure which is approx.
1,080 ft. northeast of the proposed new structure. Demolition and
removal of the existing Oldfield Point Rear Range structure located on
shore. The SIC Code is 1629. The performance period is 215 calendar
days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated range is $500,000 to $1M. A
Bid Bond for 20% of the Bid Amount is required. This procurement is
open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small
Business Demonstration Act. However, FAR Clause 52.219-1 with its
Alternate 1 is applicable (This clause allows a price adjustment factor
for small disadvantaged business concerns.) SIC Codes and their
