Systems and Patient Televisions -- This office is conducting market
research of the commercial marketplace to determine what terms and
conditions, contract type, commercial and performance based statements
of work and other commercial practices currently being used in
providing maintenance and repair services of Nurse Call Systems and
Patient Televisions. We are seeking information from companies and
other federal agencies that are currently or planning to provide
maintenance and repair service of Nurse Call Systems and Patient
Televisions using commercial practices (FAR Part 12). The existing
nurse call system and patient televisions located at Malcolm Grow
Medical Center on Andrews AFB, MD. There are several manufactures of
the Nurse Call systems including Bunting. Malcolm Grow Medical Center
currently has approximately 100 beds in the facility. There are also
call buttons in some of the restrooms in other external buildings.
Prospective offerors may also respond to this notice with a statement
of your interest and your company's business size and past experience.
This is not a request for proposal, but for planning purposes only and
