The Defense Energy Support Center seeks the services of a contractor to perform Billing Services. The required services encompasses the review, evaluation and adjustment of natural gas supply invoices received from the direct supply natural gas contractors and the preparation of approximately 120 customer reimbursement statements under the Centrally Managed Natural Gas program at DESC. These services are critical to DESC's mission accomplishment and require timely performance, accurate evaluations and financial assessments, and the establishment of competent communication channels between the billing service contractor and DESC.
