Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board requires a firm to provide interim on-line lottery system and support services. The work entails providing computer facilities, hardware, software, hardware and software support, as well as maintenance services for the entire on-line retail gaming and instant ticket validation. In addition the work will include Y2K preparation which involves needs assessment, remediation, testing, debugging and implementation. The term of this contract is six (6) months. Offerors shall submit capability statements for review. As a minimum, offerors must have the following experience: 1) Lottery experience; 2) More than one (1) job of the type described herein; 3) two (2) or three (3) years of experience and 4) Must have provided a system which has performed for a minimum of three (3) years.
