The scope of this contract will be to furnish all materials, labor, transportation and equipment necessary to construct an equipment storage building at the Leipers Fork District complex on the Natchez Trace Parkway, a unit of the National Park Service. The complex is located at the intersection of the Natchez Trace Parkway and Tennessee State Route 46 in Williamson County, Tennessee, just outside the town of Leipers Fork. The work to be performed includes excavation/backfill, concrete work (including pouring a slab), carpentry, steel erection, welding, electrical, roofing and painting. The finished size of the building will be approximately 5,000 square feet. Work is expected to commence in early spring (1999) and shall be concluded within 120 days of the start date. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 to $250,000. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures. Solicitation package will be available o/a January 20, 1999.
