provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision
and disposal necessary to rehab and reconfigure male/female toilet and
shower rooms in North and South wings of original 1932 Chase Hall "A",
USCG Academy, New London, CT. Project includes new fixtures, finishes,
plumbing, ventilation and electrical system. Estimated cost of this
project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC code is 1711. Period of
performance shall be phased for each wing, to be scheduled around
occupancy schedules, from Summer of 1999 through Spring of 2000.

The due date for receipt of price/technical proposals is on or about
February 23, 1999. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small
Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted.
