The information gathered will aid in the management of the Atlantic tuna fishery in the United States, particularly in terms of allocation decisions, which follow International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT), Atlantic Tuna Convention Act (ATCA), and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSFCMA) recommendations. Period of Performance will be for a six month period starting at Date of Award. Other parties that have the ability to provide this type of service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 10 days from date of this notice.
