Sources Sought: GSA is requesting capability statements -- email only -- from firms with expertise in outsourcing human resource services in any of the following areas. 1) CLASSIFICATION; 2) DRUG SCREENING/TESTING; 3) EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE including counseling and self improvement training; 4) OUT PLACEMENT SERVICES; 5) PERSONNEL RECORDS MANAGEMENT; 6) STAFFING/RECRUITMENT; 7) RESUME PROCESSING; 8) RETIREMENT ASSISTANCE; 9) WORKERS COMPENSATION; 10) PAYROLL INTERFACING WITH HR; 11) AUTOMATED HR SYSTEMS. The purpose of this sources sought is to investigate the development of a GSA Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule for HR outsourcing services. The capability statement should include the firm's 1) business size, 2) experience in providing these types of services to the federal government, and 3) brief list of federal government customers.
