The building consist of reinforced concrete special foundation, structural reinforced concrete floor, structural steel frame, brick facing, and standing seam metal roof. The facility will include spaces for logistics, administration, pathology, blood drawing and processing, and supporting spaces. Supporting facilities will include water, sewer, natural gas, electrical, HVAC, storm drainage, communications, emergency power, information systems, parking, fire protection, security lighting and general site improvements. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet.
