Armstrong, (970) 490-7216; Cheryl Smith (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration (Western) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other resources necessary to furnish and install materials and equipment to remodel existing buildings including demolition and repair of existing buildings, insulation, painting, concrete sidewalk, dry stack concrete block wall, electrical systems, and heating systems. This project is located in Cody, Park County, Wyoming. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is $100K -- $250K. The solicitation,specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102(3), Western procurement officials will be limiting the availability of this solicitation; therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Additional copies of this solicitation will be available through various "Plan Holders Rooms". All work for all the the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN's) must be completed NLT June 30, 1999. Western issues a Notice to Proceed. All the CLIN's will be delivery FOB destination. Therefore, all bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". This solicitation will be issued on or about February 1, 1999. The projected bid opening date is on or about March 2, 1999. This proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (See Note 1).
