(UNICOR) is soliciting proposals for a partnership with a full service advertising agency for the following services: marketing and communication design, magazine publishing, book publishing, photography/illustration, packaging and structural design, point of purchase displays, exhibits/installations, multimedia, sales report, printing, bindery and distribution. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be five years with five, one year options if exercised. The delivery locations for this service/product may include, but are not limited to: Central Office, Washington, DC, FCI Cumberland, MD and U.S.P. Lompoc, CA. UNICOR will make a single award to the offeror submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government.
