Upper roof has no gravel, but has a slope of 10' high to another landing and then a smaller roof section on top of that. 2nd floor roof has the gravel with a chiller at one end. Roof to be installed at the Federal Building/US Courthouse, located at 301 East Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma. Must include a 15 year manufacture parts and labor warranty.
