Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform work. Contract type to be firm fixed price. The on-site performance period is 117 days. On-site construction to begin on 7 Jun 99. 60-90 days will be allowed for administrative purposes prior to the start of construction. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project includes a sole source requirement for energy management controls to Seimens Building Technologies, Inc., 401 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO 80401. The project also includes removal of lead-based paint. On-site storage of construction materials will be allowed in pre-designated contractor storageyards.
