The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to perform provide tightness testing services of bulk field constructed underground storage tanks and associated buried pipelines at Department of Defense installations in California. If leaks are present, the contractor's system shall be able to determine the leak location within the tank and/or piping system. The system furnished under this contract shall be permanently installed and available to test for leaks without interruption to the use of the tank/piping system.
