The government anticipates a cost-plus-award fee contract for the acquisition of Automated Data Processing Equipment and Scientific Equipment Maintenance and Support Services for one two-month phase-in period, one base year plus seven one-year options and one 10-month option for a total of 96 months. The requirement includes large computer systems, mini-computers, micro-computers and personal computers. Also, included is a wide variety of scientific equipment. The number of items for which maintenance is currently required is 56,753, however; this number is expected to fluctuate in the future.
