Box 126, Hunt Valley, MD 21030-0126. Orders will be issued for engineering and technical services to assist in planning, installation, testing, checkout, adjustment, operation, disassembly and repair of Generic Navy Simulator/Stimulator (GNSS), Carry on Combat System Trainer (COCST) and Mobile Combat Systems Trainer (MCST) equipment and those portions of BFTT as is related to GNSS, COCST and MCST. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). AAI is the original equipment manufacturer and sole supplier of GNSS/COCST/MCST. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience and resources necessary to perform the tasks described within the time required. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
