J -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF AMSCO STERILIZERS SOL RFQ 689-22-99 DUE 020399 POC Bruce Fortuna, Contracting Officer, (203) 937-3078 Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair of the following Amsco Sterilizers; Model No. E3013-1, R78WSH-1, M65WSIH and Amsco Sonic Cleaner, Model No. SC1224CD. Contractor must provide performance assurance and calibration testing of each unit every other month. Also, the contractor must provide emergency and regular repair service between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday -- Friday, except holidays. Successful contractor must respond with a telephone call within 2 hours of notification by VA and complete on site repairs within 48 hours of initial notification. Solicitation packages will be available on or before January 8, 1999. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing on company letterhead.
