Y -- FAMILY HOUSING PRIVATIZATION INITIATIVE, KINGSVILLE, TEXAS AREA The Southern Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the Field Office Southern Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command at the Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas, will host a PreProposal Conference to provide information on the new Family Housing Privatization Initiative project for the Kingsville Texas Area. Interested parties are being sought to provide privately owned housing which will be rented to military personnel under the authorities enacted in the 1996 Defense Authorization Act. Development of this housing will require the successful offeror to finance, design, construct, own and operate housing. The conference will be held on Thursday, 15 January 1999, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at "The Club", Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas. Agenda topics include project overview and proposal requirements. . The Request for Qualifications are due 29 January 1999.
