5 year basic requirememts contract with multiple one-year options based
on award term plan to repair, overhaul and/or modify J69-T25/25A Fuel
Controls. Contract Repair Enhancement Program (CREP)/Agile Logistics
Tenants will be employed. Contractor Furnished Material (CFM) to meet
the requirements of the work specifications and technical orders will
be utilized. Contractor must provide all tooling and equipment to
accomplish this workload and will absorb all costs, except for tooling
listed in the "Statement of Objectives". The Contractor must have the
engineering capability, procedures, processes and methods to
effectively: 1. Reduce the J69 Engine Flameout incident rate 2. Reduce
the J69 Engine Cold Weather No Start incident rate. 3. Reduce the J69
Engine Overspeed incident rate. 4. Develop and conduct a program to
provide for continuous improvement in the areas of Reliability,
Maintainability, Availability and Supportability. APPROVED SOURCES OF
REPAIR: 1. SABRELINER CORPORATION 2. AERO TURBINE 3. ALLIED SIGNAL All

any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by
the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear
concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal
development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish
the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but
communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
