Initiated to obtain a firm-fixed price, 5 year basic requirememts contract with multiple one-year options based on award term plan to repair, overhaul and/or modify J69-T25/25A Fuel Controls. Contract Repair Enhancement Program (CREP)/Agile Logistics Tenants will be employed. Contractor Furnished Material (CFM) to meet the requirements of the work specifications and technical orders will be utilized. Contractor must provide all tooling and equipment to accomplish this workload and will absorb all costs, except for tooling listed in the "Statement of Objectives". The Contractor must have the engineering capability, procedures, processes and methods to effectively: 1. Reduce the J69 Engine Flameout incident rate 2. Reduce the J69 Engine Cold Weather No Start incident rate. 3. Reduce the J69 Engine Overspeed incident rate. 4. Develop and conduct a program to provide for continuous improvement in the areas of Reliability, Maintainability, Availability and Supportability. APPROVED SOURCES OF REPAIR: 1.
