Van Houten (SEA 02544) 703/602-8000 x545 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occassions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-99-G-5466 to The Boeing Company, 5301 Bolsa Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92647-2099. Orders will be issued for engineering and technical studies and failure analysis for AN/SAY-1 Thermal Imaging Sensor System. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The Boeing Company is currently the only manufacturer (developer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required services. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the effort described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
