The requirement is anticipated to be a cost reimbursement, fixed fee type contract for a basic period of one year with four one-year options. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, repair parts, material, and other items and services necessary to perform IMA functions, except those listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as government furnished materials.
