This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.500, test program for certain commercial items and supplemented with information. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-02. This acquisition is unrestricted. The resultant award will be Firm Fixed Price. The period of performance will be one year after the date of award. The statement of Work (SOW) provides requirements for the contractor to repair and or replace faulty Motorola equipment at various locations within a forty mile radius of Fayetteville, NC. The contractor shall use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) trained/certified technicians to provide this service. The technicians shall be available to respond within two hours of telephonic notification by the customer point of contact. The contractor shall also be required to maintain equipment on one tower, with an elevator, that has a height of 1550 feet. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract for all theequipment listed for a period of one year after award. Responses to this notice shall include all costs for parts, labor and travel to perform the required services for the following equipment.
