Request For Proposal (RFP) # 2-99-JC-11-36, for the operation of the Glenmont Job Corps Center, located in Glenmont New York, will be available on the World Wide Web on or about Monday, February 1, 1999 at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html. It is anticipated tht the resultant contract will cover the period from September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2001 with three (3) Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The average capacity of the Glenmont Center is 340 Students (160 residential males, 170 residential females, 5 non-residential males and 5 non-residential females). A pre-proposal conference will take place Tuesday, February 23, 1999, at 10:00 A.M. It will convene at the Glenmont Job Corps Center, 822 River Road, Glenmont, New York 12077-0993 (telephone -- 518-767-9371). Upon entering the facility, participants must procede directly to the administrative building conference room to register. There will be a tour of the facility immediatly following the conference (DRESS COMFORTABLY). Interested offerors should limit their attendance to no more than three (3) people. We recommend that interested parties download the RFP from our Job Corps Aquisition Web Page prior to attending the Pre-Proposal conference.
