M -- INSTALLATION SUPPORT SERVICES SOL W67MY8-8236-4001 POC Contract Specialist Michael Derr 505-678-2827 (Site Code DAAD07) Small businesses are sought to submit proposals to provide non-personal services for U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, located in a remote area 90 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah. The contractor shall provide Engineering and Real Property/Estate Management support services. The contractor shall operate Transient Quarters and Unaccompanied Personnel housing units. The contractor shall perform all routine maintenance, need ed modification and breakdown repairs on all assigned military vehicles and equipment. The contractor shall operate the Prototype and Metal Fabrica tion Shop. The contractor shall provide clerical and administrative ser vices in support of the Equipment Management and Property Book Offices. The contractor shall provide services in support of the Installation Stock Record Account (SRA) and Accountable Property Officer (APO). The contrac tor shall provide transportation services at Dugway Proving Ground in sup port of the Installation Travel Officer (ITO). These functions are cur rently being performed by Government employees. The solicitation will be issued under the authority of OMB Circular A76, and award will be subject to the cost comparison, reviews and approvals required by the Circular and implementing regulations. Small businesses will be expected to demonstrate experience in all areas and good past performance. The award will not be split.
