Work will include administrative offices, latrines, storage areas, receiving, staging and shipping area, medical maintenance area and vault for controlled substances. The building will consist of a steel structural frame with exterior load bearing tilt-up concrete wall panel system. Exterior insulation will be sandwiched within the tilt-up panel. A 1:12 pitch metal roof system with mechanically crimped metal seams will be utilized. The structural framing system consists of steel bar joists and joist girders. An automatic sprinkler system will be provided throughout the facility. Work to include all necessary utilities, communication and building systems to meet national building codes and render all functions complete and usable. Operation and maintenance manuals will be provided. Exterior site development to include utilities, electric service, paving, walks, curb and gutters, storm drainage, security fencing, lighting and landscaping. Air conditioning approximately 150 tons.
