The camouflage material must meet the following requirements: Regular tenacity, semi-dull fiber, prepared from Polyethylene Glycol Terephthalate (100% Polyester) .021 to .023 inches thick. Physical requirements shall be in accordance with Federal Standard 191, unless otherwise specified: Weight: OZ/YD, 8.4 -- 9.3; Construction: Yarns per inch (WARP: 93 Min, Filling: 33 Min); Breaking strength (lbs) (WARP: 370 Min, Filling: 300 Min); Tearing strength (lbs) (WARP: 11 Min, ASTM D1424, Filling: 11 Min, ASTM D1424); Air permeability: FT^3/Min/FT^2, 1.00 Max; Gloss: % (60 Degree Specular Gloss 2.0 MAX, ASTM D523; 85 Degree Specular Gloss 2.0 MAX, ASTM D523); Water repellancy: Spray Rating: 90 Min; Width. 5+ feet; must be able to apply camouflage patternof Black, Green 383 and Brown 383, to match Fiche pattern; Quantity: approximately 60 sets, ~ 60 Square yards each.
