It is the Governments belief that Transportation Displays Inc. is the only vendor that can provide these services. Interested concerns must respond within 10 days of the date of this notice and shall provide sufficient details on how they can meet the above listed requirements. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the Government.
