The USCG will require a vendor to provide all products, equipment and services to produce live, high-quality overhead video pictures of a coastal oil spill exercise to be conducted by the USCG near Galveston Texas the week of April 19, 1999. The purpose is to allow Exercise Controllers to view offshore vessel maneuvers from a Control Center located less than 10 miles away near the shoreline.
