The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8299. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 97-08). This solicitation is issued under RFQ# 596262 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be a Firm-Fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year plus two one-year options. The Minimum number of students attending classes will be 15 with a maximum of 25 students. The FBI has a requirement for a training program in Computer Information Security. The program shall be an established Internet-based accredited program. The program shall be in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia area to allow the students to interact with the instructor. The Instructor shall be required to pass a top-secret security clearance prior to the start of classes. The academic program should include, but is not limited to the following classes: Operating Systems; Software Design; Computer Programming; Introduction to Networks,Trusted Systems,Secure Transmissions; Information Security; Telecommunications and Cryptography. The evaluation factors are past performance, technical evaluation and price.
