W -- LEASING TWO SHUTTLE BUSES SOL FA4416-99-R0011 DUE 012299 POC Valerie Crosby, (301) 981-1905 / Capt Ellen Adams, (301) 981-2303 This office is conducting a market research of the commercial marketplace to determine what terms and conditions, commercial and performance based statements of work and other commercial practices currently being used in leasing two new 1999 El Dorado National Aerotech Super Duty Diesel Power Commercial Shuttle Buses, Model 240A or equal. The buses will be used to support the 89th Aerial Port Squadron, Andrews AFB, Maryland for three years. Buses must be manufactured in accordance with all State of Maryland, the United States Department of Transportation, Interstate Commerce Commission Regulations, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. We are seeking information from companies that are interested in leasing two shuttle buses to be used to support Air Mobility Command's highest priority missions, transporting distinguished visitors from the Passenger Terminal to and from the aircraft using commercial practices (FAR Part 12). All interested parties must respond to this notice with a statement of your interest and your company's business size and past experience.
