Gunzel 816-983-3834 (Site Code DACW41) The work to be performed consists of construction of a new 8,935 SF addition to the existing dining facility and renovating approximately 4,150 SF of the existing dining facility. New building addition will house a new dishwashing area including expansion of the existing dining room and new bathrooms for both men and women. Building renovation will include upgrading existing serving line, beverage/desert bar, dry storage areas and kitchen. Building systems in the existing building will be upgraded to meet current code requirements including the fire alarm, fire suppression, communications, electrical and HVAC. Interior finishes in the existing building will require minor repair to match the new addition. Building addition will match the existing brick facade and EPDM roof at the single floor level. A new mechanical penthouse will be constructed above the new dishwashing area to match the existing mechanical penthouse. Minimal site work will be required in the area of the building expansion including site grading, utility relocations, sidewalks and landscaping. No new parking lots are required.
