This project is for construction services to furnish all plant,labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construct a Joint Medical Training Facility and related site improvements in accordance with project plans and specifications. Work is located on Nebraska Air National Guard property, Lincoln Municipal Airport, Lincoln, Nebraska. Work consists of: Construction of approximately 17,000 square feet of office space to be used for physical examinations, lab work, testing, record storage, and administration. Project generally includes structural, mechanical, electrical, interior systems, site, landscaping, utility work, and other miscellaneous work incidental to the project. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using sealed bid procedures. The estimated range of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents will probably be available in March or April of 1999, with a bid opening date sometime in May. Notice to Proceed will be issued in late Mayor early June.
