Provide new, replacement and repairs to sheet metal, PVC, and membrane flashings, gutters and downspouts. Provide journeyman electrical, mechanical, sheet metal, painting, carpentry, masonry, and plumbing services as necessary to support roofing work. Repairs to roof decks and support systems. As part of roof replacement, assure all drains are free flowing and clean all traps. Clean debris from gutters and downspouts. Other work necessary to accomplish the above items. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 May 1999 through 30 April 2000) and four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
