Concept utilizes interactive instructional participation with students at various locations worldwide through a UNIX-based web server and a SOLARIS O/S. This office intends to award a one year contract extension to the University of Arizona on a sole source basis to meet this requirement, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
