Contractors are to submit their Standard Forms 254's and 255's covering the selection criteria to my office by February 8, 1999, local time 4:00 P.M. STATEMENT WORK: Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural engineering, contract inspections, drafting services, and other associated engineering services. Work will generally be on structures less than 10,000 gross square feet. Work will vary from water, sewer, electrical, HVAC systems, campground design, structure design, road and bridge design. Work may be on new construction or redesign of an existing facility. Work may require the preparation of original designs, plans and specifications, or may required the review of designs prepared by others. All drawing to be prepared in AutoCad release 13 or compatible format. Contract inspector work will be in the inspection of a third party contractor's performance in meeting government specifications. EVALUATION CRITERIA: (1) Professional qualifications (includes education, experience, and professional licenses; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the services listed; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work timely; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and privated industry (cost control, quality of work, and meeting performance schedules; and (5) Location -- as projects are not yet determined, location will be evaluated as a tie breaker.***** Posted 01/08/99 (W-SN286401).
