The Government intends to negotiate an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed price provisions for the Navy Ergonomics Program as required by the Naval Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Training Center, Norfolk, VA. The resulting contract will be for the base period of 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000, with 4 option years, and will incorporate FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 8299. The RFP will be issued approximately 25 January 1999. It will also be posted on the following web site: www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts. The RFP will close on 22 February 1999. Part I: In order to streamline the acquisition process, all responsible sources must submit resumes, past performance data and price to the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center by 4:00 PM 22 February 1999. Under Phase I, offerors' resumes, past performance data and price proposal will be evaluated to determine which offerorswill proceed on to Phase II. Phase II consists of written material, an oral presentation by the offeror and the price proposal.
